What type of food do you serve?

Healthy, fresh, antibiotic free, locally sourced foods.

I have two children in school. Do I need to set up an account for both of them?

How can I see what I have already ordered?

At the home page, go to the icon on the right of the person called “view your account“, then, select the “orders” tab.

You may also sync all orders with any of your smart devices’ calendar.  The option appears after you complete an order.  Simply click the link and you are all set.

Can I order more than one meal a day for my child/children?

Yes you may.  All orders over $150 will receive 5% off total order.

My child has food allergies. How do I know the lunch options you are serving will be OK for him/her?

We just planned a last minute trip. Can I cancel meals I have ordered while will be gone?

Yes, you can cancel orders up to two days before.  Anything after that will incur a 30% cancellation fee on items being canceled. Look for the cancel button next to your open orders on your account page.

What happens to my order if school is cancelled?

In the circumstance of a school closure due to inclement weather or any other reason, you will need to request a cancellation.  You may do so on your account page.

How far in advance do I need to order meals for my children?

You may order up until 8am the day of.  Anything ordered after that time frame will include a surcharge of $5 per order.
