I have two children in school. Do I need to set up an account for both of them?

How can I see what I have already ordered?
At the home page, go to the icon on the right of the person called “view your account”, then, select the “orders” tab.
You may also sync all orders with any of your smart devices’ calendar. The option appears after you complete an order. Simply click the link and you are all set.
Can I order more than one meal a day for my child?
Yes, you may. We also offer two different sizes. All orders over $150 will receive 5% off total order.
My child has food allergies. How do I know the lunch options you are serving will be OK for him/her?
We never use nuts in our foods and a full menu with descriptions is available. If that does not help please Contact us for more information.
We just planned a last minute trip. Can I cancel meals I had ordered for the week we will be gone?
Yes, you can cancel orders up to 2 days before. Anything after that will incur a 30% cancellation fee on items being canceled. Look for the cancel button next to your open orders on your account page.
How far in advance do I need to order meals for my children?
You may order up until 6 am, 2 days in advance. Anything ordered after that time frame will include a surcharge of $1.99.
How large of an event can you cater?
We do not have a size limit. We cater events both large and small. Plated, buffet style or drop off. Contact us for more information
